  • A Feast Fit for Mo'i
    Mo'i is Hawaiian for royalty and that's just who you'll feel like when you sit down to the Feast at Lele at the Ritz-Carlton. It features a dinner of five epicurean courses from the Pacific island nations of Aotearoa, Tahiti, and Samoa, as well as Hawaii. Take a royal tour of the cuisine of Polynesia and enjoy the show from your own table on the beach with music and dance from these four Pacific islands.
  • Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah
    Zip along the West Maui Mountains on nearly two miles of ziplines that run parallel to each other. Kapalua Adventures offers tours that include the zipline course and a turn on a giant swing that seats two and pulls you to a height of 40 feet before you are released over the gulch. You'll gain breathtaking views of Molokai and Lanai if you have the stomach for it!
  • A Whale of a Time
    If you happen to be in Maui between December and May, you're in luck! Chances are you'll catch a glimpse of a pod of humpback whales that have come to Hawaii's warm waters for the winter. Most boats provide a marine naturalist on board to explain the whale antics you’ll see. By law the boats must stop 100 yards from the whales, but that won't stop the whales from coming up to you! Reserve ahead of time- these tours fill up fast!
  • Walk Like a Polynesian
    The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua offers the one-of-a-kind Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ambassadors of the Environment program for guests. Hike the Hawaiian rainforest, have an underwater photography session while exploring coral reefs, tour the coast in a kayak, or walk on water like the Polynesians on a stand up paddle board. All excursions are led by expert naturalists.
  • Pedal to the Metal
    Cruise on ATVs from a private ranch through acres of uninhabited Eucalyptus forests that open up to meadows with breathtaking views of the Valley Isle. Tours are complete with guides and paced to ensure excitement.

Take a first-class helicopter ride to explore the Hana rainforest on the tropical east side of the island. Then travel through Maui's most remote areas to view the Seven Sacred Pools, waterfalls and beautiful rugged coastline. Ascend the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala, which means "house of the sun" before coming back to earth.

    Discover Lana'i by sailing on a catamaran into Hulopo’e Beach and Marine Preserve. Take a guided snorkel-reef tour with a trained naturalist, followed by a narrated tour of the island's plantation town. Catch the sun setting on the ocean as you end with a trade wind sail back to Maui just in time for cocktails.
  • Embrace Kapalua Style

  • Ulalena, Ooh la la
    Maui is the only place where you can see the spellbinding Ulalena show. Part Cirque du Soleil and part traditional theatre, Ulalena gives a modern dance theatre interpretation of the story of Hawaii's people. A VIP pass will get you seats in the first seven center rows and an extra 20-minute behind-the-scenes session with the cast. Dine at one of the many wonderful restaurants like Gerard's, I'o, or Kimo's in Lahaina after the show.
